Andy Whiteing is a long time photographer. Growing up in South Omaha he bought his first Brownie Hawkeye camera in a local pawn store on south 24th street. Starting his photographic career at the early age of 12 he always had his camera with him. As a yearbook photographer at South High school and under the direction of Arnold Clark Photography across the street from South High School, Andy learned how to frame the photo before snapping the shot. He went on to the Nebraska Air National Guard in Lincoln,NE as a photo processing specialist and print supervisor over the next 9 years. Andy joined the Omaha Police Department and completed a 20 year career as a patrol officer finishing his career and retiring while working back in South Omaha. Andy worked at Nebraska Methodist Health System for the next 8 years after working 1 year at Boys Town as a police officer.
In 2015 Andy started his company Aeris360 LLC adding aerial photography to his work. The enjoyment of flying his UAVs or drones and the passion of photography has lead Andy to working on many projects. He is certified with the FAA as a certified remote pilot and is fully insured with his equipment. Andy has taken photos for Methodist Hospital, Nebraska Methodist College and Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs. His other clients include the Village of Boys Town helping them celebrate their 100 year anniversary. Adding video production to his tool belt Andy has given local REALTORS(R) an added feature to showcase the homes they are selling on YouTube and their own webpages. Completing videos for several car clubs were both challenging and rewarding.
